This trout inlay pen is handcrafted from 14 different pieces of laser cut domestic and exotic hardwoods including Curly Maple, green dyed Boxelder burl, Tulipwood and Basswood. Several species of trout are the official state fish of many states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho,Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming.  (Information taken fromstatesymbolsusa.org). The trout on this inlay most closely resembles the Cutthroat Trout.  The colors are striking and complimented by the 24kt gold and gunmetal hardware.  The pen uses the versatile Parker style refill both ballpoint and gel.  Give your favorite fisherman a gift they will enjoy.
